Nicholas is a Solicitor with over 20 years experience working in the legal profession. He has a particular specialism in, and passion for, children’s rights law. He has represented clients before Tribunals; County Courts; the High Court; Court of Appeal up to the UK Supreme Court.

Aoifé graduated from Queen’s University with a degree in Law in June 2020, and joined Nicholas Quinn Solicitors as a Paralegal in November 2020.
Aoifé commenced her studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in January 2023 with a view of qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2024.

Christina joined Nicholas Quinn Solicitors in December 2022. She graduated from Ulster University with LLB honours in 2020. Christina went on to complete an LLM in Access to Justice in which she graduated in December 2021.

I joined Nicholas Quinn Solicitors as a Paralegal during my studies in December 2022. I graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in June 2023 with a Bachelor of Laws.
Daniel Dines

I joined Nicholas Quinn Solicitors as a paralegal in October 2025. I graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with LLB honours in Law and Politics in 2024. I also completed an LLM in International Human Rights Law at Queen’s University Belfast in 2025.
Lydia Leebody
Paralegal
Lydia graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a degree in Law with Politics in June 2023 before going on to complete an MSc in Children’s Rights, from which she graduated in December 2024. Lydia joined Nicholas Quinn Solicitors in July 2026.
