Nicholas is a Solicitor with over 20 years experience working in the legal profession. He has a particular specialism in, and passion for, children’s rights law. He has represented clients before Tribunals; County Courts; the High Court; Court of Appeal up to the UK Supreme Court.

He has taken a significant number of successful legal challenges against Education and Library Boards (now the Education Authority) and Health Care Trusts over the years on behalf of children.

He founded what is a unique firm with the core aim of providing legal advice and representation solely for and on behalf of children with disabilities and educational/special educational needs. The firm specialises only in children’s law and, for that reason, is proud to be the only law firm of its kind in Northern Ireland. We believe this specialism means that clients receive proficient, high quality and effective legal advice.

The areas of education/special education and health care needs for children are complex. Often parents are oblivious to the available services and legal rights in both education and health care for their child. Our Mr Quinn can provide comprehensive advice and assistance in these areas.
